
Somatic Coaching
This is a technique, that while simple in its method, is breathtaking in its results. This technique helps release triggers that have been stored in the body and are responsible for automatic nervous system responses that can lead to anxiety, bursts of anger or frustration, feelings of overwhelm or helplessness, fear of rejection, insecurity, and other unhelpful responses that we can't seem to control.
That is because this response is dictated by the subconscious, rather than the conscious mind. Unlike other types of therapy, you don't need to remember the root issue in order to release the trauma and free your body of its response. This allows us to release beliefs and programs that go back into our earliest childhood and take us back to the freedom of who we were born to be - before we were shaped by fear, uncertainty, rejection, or criticism.
With this type of therapy, best results are achieved after a minimum of 12 sessions. Not all of them need to be done in office with me, in fact, I will encourage you to alternate leading yourself through a session or two at home followed by an in person visit to follow up with your results and walk through another session until we reach a minimum of 12 sessions.
