Initial Integration and Somatic Session

Service Description

In this session, we will meet and discuss your situation and start the process with a guided somatic meditation with instructions on how to continue them at home in between sessions. Then, we will start the integration process using guided visualizations from the Redford Method. Additional one hour sessions to complete the integration process will be necessary. The amount each person needs is highly variable - but between 6-8 additional sessions is average.
